Pivot Charter School North Bay is anticipating a full reopening of its resource center on the first day of school. We will be in touch with parents and students regarding the resource center schedule in August.
We do also anticipate certain safety measures will remain in place at that time. All COVID safety protocols will be communicated to enrolled families prior to the first day of school.
Visit a Resource Center!
Students looking to visit their resource center MUST sign up in advance. We are not taking any unscheduled visits/appointments. All students who have officially signed up for activities on-site must check in every day:
There are many other requirements to the schools reopening and closing that the Department of Educations has required and by which Pivot will be abiding. For more information on those requirements, visit the California Department of Education Stronger Together webpage.
If you have witnessed a potential COVID hazard at Pivot Charter School, please fill out this anonymous COVID Hazard Reporting Form.
Pivot Charter School is prepared and uniquely qualified to be able to handle these types of emergencies as all of our students can continue making progress in their academics through their online courses which are available 24 hours a day. All of our teachers will be working and overseeing your students’ academics each school day regardless of if your student visits their resource center. They will be expecting students to complete their required number of assignments. Teachers will be communicating with students and parents as frequently as usual, and they will be expecting responses as usual.
- Parent & student communication with your EC is essential, not optional.
- Students must login and complete schoolwork every school day.
